Inspector was on time, professional, respectful, alway happy to explain if we had questions, etc.
The inspection was completed within a few days. The employee we felt with was friendly and
completed the inspection quickly.
For many years Amerispec has been my go to for home inspections. But the last 2 inspections, the inspector had not finished the inspection when the client arrived for a walk through. The most recent inspection we spent an hour with the inspector as he continued the inspection but the buyer had to go back to work after an hour and so they weren’t able to see first hand what the inspector found and had to rely on the report for the remaining info

The inspection was very thorough from rooftop to basement and provided photos and explanations of all areas located requiring maintenance. Very pleased we were made aware of Items found needing attention immediately.

C’est la 1re fois que je voyais cet l’inspecteur, il faisait son inspection et après expliquait ce qu’il voyait. Et quand il n’y acarien à détailler il disait je n’ai rien à dire. Habituellement il a des explications plus poussées à savoir pourquoi c’est bon ou pas bon. Ils éduquent les acheteurs. Je me suis senti mal pour la dame qui a payer pour ne pas se faire expliquer grand chose. Elle a reçu le rapport et en a fait la lecture mais ce n’est pas le genre d’inspection que je suis habituer de voir.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié le travail de Josée. Elle m'a donné beaucoup de bons conseils. Elle prend toujours le temps de répondre à mes questions et de m'expliquer comment je dois procéder pour réaliser mon projet. J'ai eu droit à un service amical et très professionnel de la part de Josée et aussi de la part de la fille très gentille qui est venue à la maison pour faire le travail de post-évaluation énergétique.

Too expensive! Second visit is not included. Rep was here for less than an hour and it cost $678.00. Even with travel time that's more than $300.00 an hour. That's just a license to steal!
The inspector was fantastic. David went into detail about what he was seeing, and very clearly explained the whole process. Felt very confident he knew what he was talking about and that we could trust his inspection.
