Inspector was polite and very helpful
We want the opportunity to re-measure our attic insulation because we disagree with the measurements taken but are not being given the option even when we asked. The advisor told us one window didn't qualify for the higher rebate and when we corrected her she agreed which worries me that other homeowners may not be getting good advice. We would like a second opinion on our attic measurement. Our confidence in amerispec is not very good as we sent photos of our measurements and still denied. We have the proof to show that the requirementsare met for the attic insulation.
You asked us to reschedule our appointment, which we agreed to. But you didn't update your schedule and failed to show up at the new date and time. You did keep the original appointment however, which went fine. Apart from the scheduling issue, we were very happy with your service.
Rick Passero was quick to accommodate our schedule and responded promptly to our request for an energy audit. He was courteous and careful, taking precautions to maintain the property clean when inspecting the attic.
