Kevin was fantastic. He presents any deficiencies to the clients thoroughly and answers all of their questions in great detail so they fully understand. They are immediately impressed by his knowledge and professionalism and the manner in which he relates with them.

Professionally completed on time with a detailed accounting of each area required. A follow-up presentation on site to review the entire inspection was completed with full explanations and visual aids. This was later recapped electronically the same day.
The scope of the pre-offer inspection made decisions much easier to plan.

I enjoyed how Mr. Furry gave me a time frame on when to repair or replace the major items in the house. Plus, knowing local tradesmen that I could contact to get the work done.
Honest, thorough, willing to follow up with clear discussions. (I did back out of the house due to all the termite damage and estimated repairs. Foundation said when they'd repair the wood underneath, the stucco above would likely fall apart---and I can only imagine what the walls inside look like. Attic repairs were going to be extensive as well. )

Most of all I was incredibly impressed by our inspector, IVO. He was extremely thorough, explained what he was looking for throughout the entire inspection and was very professional and a pleasure to meet. I was also very impressed with the person who assisted me in making the appointment who was also extremely efficient, professional and pleasant. And the written report was received the next day. Outstanding all the way around.
