Their home inspections offer a lot of industry expertise on a home's major and minor systems, with professional insight on mechanics and maintenance. Buyers typically walk away with a better understanding of how their new home is going to function and how to take care of it moving forward.
Very thorough detailed inspection report. The report was done well and timely.
The inspectors were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when asking questions! As a first time homebuyer they gave us some very good information and tips on how to maintain the house.
I was very unhappy that the inspection cost $1,000 when I was quoted $600 and some. Not very cool.
