Ownership is very rude , as a customer dealing with processes and information that is new and not done everyday I would expect some patience and customer service. I coreseponded via email and sent in everything I was asked for. To get a phone call asking for payment (amount I’m not even sure) only to find out that the owner has zero idea of what info has been sent in and what info may be outstanding in order to submit the rebate is beyond frustrating. Then to get attitude from the owner because he doesn’t know what the status is and doesn’t like being pushed to get it done so that rebate can be issued is beyond poor. Fred was able to remind me that nothing is done until they are paid lol of course not Fred thanks again for making this such a pleasurable experience.

I then heard about Amerispec and called, to my surprise they answered their phone and were very friendly and accommodating. We set up an appointment, and we were very pleased with our auditor.
