Carpet took days to dry. After drying a few spots returned. Also felt pressured by owner to give 5 star review. Will return to my previous cleaning provider.
I needed an inspection on a Saturday so the buyer could attend and Clare came through for us.

Don’t change a thing . We were very pleased with how your agent was during our home inspection.
We did not appreciate the assumptions and communication made by the inspector about an area he was unable to inspect. We were not told it was not inaccessible until after the fact and had him come back so that we could have a accurate report. Regardless of the outcome the
inspector was very unprofessional in statements made to the other agent that were shared to us.
It is important to have an unbiased complete inspection.
I found the information provided through the inspection to be insightful though some elements were not available and Ameri is returning with no hesitation to complete and finalize
Shane! Plain and simple! We have had Shane complete two home inspections for us. We were so pleased by his thorough work on the first inspection we requested him for our recent inspection on a very short timeline. I would recommend Shane without any hesitation!
