No pictures to document analysis! Friendly and competent but fails the test without pics
Steve, We are sorry you felt the report failed the test without pictures. The report has pictures of all the major components which show locations as well as temperature differentials. We have seen other reports that photograph everything and they appear to be crowded and confused. A picture of cracked concrete in the walkway or patio is not needed as it is self explanatory. The report states the kitchen counter top is cracked, another unnecessary picture. Condensation is noted in the windows which is another picture that would not add anything to your report but confusion. The living room was found to have elevated levels of moisture at the left side wall. Also another impossible picture to take. The important thing is that the inspector found these items and is always available to explain any questions reguarding the report.

I was very pleased with the Home Inspection. The Inspector was very thorough and very clear writing out the report explaining details to each specific findings. The Inspector looked hard to find defects. From the Roof top to the Sub-Floors and all internal/external safety code checks.
I will be requesting another Home Inspection. Due to the Home Inspection report identifying several major defects I had to opt out of the purchase contract.
I hope I get the same Inspector to do my next upcoming Home Inspection. Returning customer would be grateful for a price discount.

Honestly not impressed with this company. They lied about their fees, take almost a month to get an appointment, and have not been at all helpful in navigating the green homes program. They’re just out to get your money. I’d recommend choosing a different company.
