AmeriSpec was so quick to schedule the inspector, and even reached out to the realtor for scheduling. Communication was great, I knew what was happening and when. Patrick was really informative on going over the inspection with my realtor and I. The photos helped provide a lot of in depth information while going over the full inspection. It was very quick and efficient and I learned a lot while observing. If it’s your first home purchase I recommend going through AmeriSpec with how detail oriented they are.
