Dave is a very professional home inspector and explains the items in the home inspection to buyers. Dave explains any items of concern in the inspection and offers solutions as well to the buyers. When buyers have questions after the inspection Dave is always available to speak with them. I highly recommend Dave Furry to all my clients.

Oddly the home has no Interior trim or drywall around the windows or doors and this didn’t make it on the inspection.
