I liked how the inspector was prompt & on time. He was friendly & courteous & very thorough. Definitely a real asset to your team
It was a little difficult to reach your office initially to set up my appointment & I almost gave up. The phone number listed on the Enbridge site went straight to voicemail with no space to leave a message. But once I sent an email, it was answered right away & everything went smoothly from there.
Punctuality
The individuals carrying out the inspections were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Richard frappier was very present and responsive, all questions and coimmunication was easy and flowed well. Alex Guindon, our inspector was amazing, very professional, and treated us with great respect

Efficient and thorough
Punctual, clear explanation and advice, friendly and thorough
Very fast and getting to the task and doing a great job.
Friendly staff
Although the inspector did his job completely, and explained what he could/could not do as a home inspector, he was a bit stiff with my client. A couple of times it almost became argumentative. In the end, all was well, but I think the inspector needs to gauge his clients a bit and try and adapt to their communication style. He was very robotic.
