I felt that I really had to be reaching by out to make sure I got scheduled, as well as the relevant information I needed.

Lour inspector was excellent and very personable and he offered to assist with a couple of the registration steps. My only thought for improvement would be to recommend that the inspector offer to explain step by step what he/she is required to do and how they do it. It was more my fault than his that I didn’t specifically ask.

I think it was done in a timely manner. The service gentleman seemed to know what he was doing. I haven't the results yet but I think I will be happy with it.
Justin is very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection, and he shares the results in a way that makes the information easy to understand. He takes the time to answer questions, to show the location of important items, such as the main water valve, and to offer helpful tips about maintenance, like the frequency of replacing filters in the air handler. He is well-versed in his trade, and he is patient and kind with helping clients during the inspection process, He has inspected two homes for me, and I would be pleased to use his services again.
