As a real estate broker I am always in need of reliable companies to refer my clients to. Amerispec has always been extremely thorough and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for me and my clients. They are up to date on the latest technology, and put it to good use in each of their inspections. Their reports are very user friendly, and they are often accompanied by pictures and video. Definitely my go to inspection company!
The tech arrived on time on the day of the appointment. Was polite and went about his business with efficiency. Answered my questions to my satisfaction.

You Guys missed the rusting Hot water heater when you inspected the house. Now I'm stuck with a 5k+ bill to fix it and the sub flooring. I will not recommend you guys to anyone.

The inspector marked everything as a MAJOR DEFECT...even the little things like a door lock was a major defect.
The inspector said the home looked good at the end of the inspection and then we got the report and everything was a major defect.
I won't recommend you again.
