The inspector was very helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I didn't walk away with any. He broke things down when I was confused so I could understand. He gave great suggestions and ensured that if I had any questions that I could reach out via email. He had great knowledge of what he was doing and made sure to check all the nooks and crannies of the home. I didn't feel rushed and felt as if he had my best interest at heart.

As far as I am concerned, I received excellent service from the company once I learned that this company was the organization listed on my Greener Homes application. Prior to that, my application was going nowhere. The office staff were most helpful and courteous. The lady who did my energy audit was very good. She was very efficient in her work but at the same time not overbearing. When her work was completed, she gave me all the helpful information I needed to decide how to proceed.
