Great communication regarding appointments
Joe has always been incredibly professional and shown my clients respect while ensuring they have as much information and knowledge possible about the home he is inspecting. He is kind and answers questions, takes the time to explain things in a way that makes everyone aware of the issues on hand and treats every one of my clients the same no matter how big or small the home is. He truly enjoys his career and his heart for customer service makes each one of my clients feel like family.

It was a pleasure to have Josh was do our inspection. Another inspection had been done by another firm 15 months prior, which caught a lot of really small stuff. Josh focused on what was important. I also enjoyed hearing about what he had seen at other homes that he had inspected. It will help me fix the things that I need to.

We are not sure what’s next steps but the inspector was very nice and he gave answers to our questions. We still have questions and we don’t know if those will answered are not. We did receive our report yet and we are very curious about the actions.

The inspector. Steve Ortwig was outstanding. He explained the processes and function and maintenance of every appliance and system in the house. My buyers said they had never experienced a more thorough inspection.
