The inspector Dave was Very up front & honest ! Clear concise & explained very well all important aspects of the inspection . Very easy to talk to , nice guy .
Quick efficient and friendly.
The initial report was very thorough and provided clear descriptions of measures that would improve the efficiency of our home and increase our eligibility for grant support. Justin is very knowledgeable and concise in his presentation and responses to questions. The service has clarified many issues and provided strategies as we make efforts to reduce our carbon footprint going forward.
