Every inspection from AmeriSpec is spot wonderful. David is thorough with his inspections and explains what he has found. He arrives on time, starts with the exterior of the home, checks everything. He is great with my clients in explaining what he has found in an understandable manner and he's available after the close of escrow for my clients if they have questions on how to do something. He even picks up any insulation that might come out when he's been in the attic.
Trevor was very thorough and professorial. I felt he explained everything in detail and the report was easy to read and understand. Highly recommend!

Ils sont très professionnel! Il envoie un exemple de rapport, envoie un rappel la veille. Il téléphone quand leur inspecteur a un peu de retard. L'inspecteur que j'ai eu, il expliquait bien les points qu'il devait être modifié.
The home energy audit assessment went very smoothly. Making the appointments (including changing the date for one of them) was easy, without long waits. The technicians who performed the work were punctual, pleasant and pleased to answer questions. They were also respectful of my home and I received the audit report very quickly after the visit.

We had a great experience with Amerispec. Ali was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with all of our questions and provided maintenance tips along the way. There was one item in particular that needed further investigation, and he messaged us after the appointment to remind us to look into it. Would definitely go with Amerispec again in the future!
