Failed to submit my pre-inspection report to the government. This failure made me ineligible to apply for the loan. Only replied to my emails after I badged them. I’m still waiting for replies.
Inspection was done thoroughly and report received quickly helping meet timelines.

Friendly and thorough
Patrick Tolbert did an amazing job with our home inspection! He was very professional, answered all of our questions and had excellent communication during the entire process from start to end. I would highly recommend Patrick for anybody needing a home inspection.
