The inspector was fantastic. Just providing a couple thoughts to help improve the experience.

* Quicker turnaround to be able to schedule the inspection after the retrofit. For us it took until a month later to schedule the followup.

* Providing an invoice after performing the work would help get the process moving faster. I called a week after our last assessment and found out that the process was waiting for me to pay, but nobody told me how much to pay and when. An email with an invoice would have helped both of us.

Any delays cost us money because we won't get the retrofit loan into our account until Amerispec's work is done. So anything that can improve the turnaround time literally saves us money.

Very thorough and detailed inspection!

We have never participated in an Energy Audit before so, had no idea what to expect. Our experience was a very positive one. The fellow who came (Mike Burke) was exceptional! He had a most friendly professional demeanor which is so sadly lacking in most service industries nowadays. He took the time to answer our questions as well as explain what he was doing and why. We definitely would be recommending him and Amerispec to anyone locally who might be interested in having a similar Audit done.
