Justin, our Energy Auditor was just a really nice person. He thoroughly explained how he would perform the audit and before he left reviewed all the areas in the house where I could save energy. We enjoyed him so much we sent him home with some meatball squash stew.
Matt was very thorough, patient and answered all of my questions. He pointed out things that I would need to do to maintain my new home. On items that were designated as defects, he explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct them. I especially liked that he never talked down to me.

There was a scheduling miscommunication where we didn't have the results of the Sewer Scope at the time of the General Home Inspection. It was completed same-day, but having the information at the time would have been useful! Thank you for your work.
Still waiting for the report, assessment was on Nov 3rd, the guy said three weeks max.
