Prompt and responsive. Report format can be overwhelming and it is sometime difficult to identify what is priority and what is along the way versus a risk. The report gave my buyer piece of mind and helped us obtain quotes and negotiate a price deduction to help cover some of the more urgent needs of the house.
There was some information that would have been helpful to know
A one page dashboard that slotted items into categories, like ongoing maintenance or Urgent etc. or something like, insurance risk, not to code, maintenance....
I don't have the solution, but something to help the homeowner prioritize and the realtor to understand the critical.
