Great communication. Inspectors always are very knowledgeable and explain things well especially to 1st time buyers.
The guy was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions during the inspection to help me understand what was going on.

The inspector who did the final inspection went out of his way to explain things and to do everything as quickly as he could, and I made my appointment for 11:00 that same morning. He was careful explaining which forms to print up and pass along to him, but also made everything stress-free and good. Thank you!
