I could not be more pleased with having selected AmeriSpec to do my home inspection and radon test. The company did a fantastic job with follow up communications, letting me know when the inspectors where going to be at the home, a reminder call of the appointment and call luring me know they had completed the job early. When I arrived at the house the inspectors, Micah and Berry, spent time with me explaining what they had done and the issues they had found. I was able to ask any and all questions that I had regarding mechanics and fixes to the issues. Great guys! Superior knowledge of their craft and would definitely use them again if the need should arise. Thank you for a professional quality job!

Very indepth report and very helpful. Available by phone and took time to answer questions.
I understand that inspectors know enough about a lot of things, but please make sure to either answer the client's questions clearly or refer them to someone who is able to. We had unanswered questions during our inspection that set us back a bit in our process.
Tom was extremely knowledgeable. He arrived early, explained the entire plan at the beginning and then carried it out without a hiccup. He did a great job explaining what he was looking for and seen. The report was well written and easy to understand.

Paying attention to detail. The Inspector was detailed oriented and explained to me each aspect of the process. Larry Gibson was very knowledgeable and respectable in answering questions.
Scott was great. He spent almost an hour walking us through the house on the day of inspection, as well he answered a few follow-up questions the next day to assist in our home insurance application.
Inspector was very thorough. Even though we only needed a pass/fail inspection for our new house, he was still very nit picky and made sure we had all the information that we would need to know what maintenance or updates our house needs all written up in our report. They were also super fast, and payment was made easily on an online portal.
Not ready to comment yet. The attic insulation is not done yet . When it’s all done I I received a rebate, then I will comment. Thanks,
