Mike was Great!! Inspections are very important but also one of the main reasons buyers withdraw. Often inspectors go way beyond pointing out a problem. They give erroneous opinions or blow things way out of proportion. Mike is one of the few that certainly points out "real" problems but in such a way as to not scare off a buyer.
