Very professional and informative technicians.
The inspector that came to inspect my house was Jorge, he showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He was quick yet very thorough. Jorge did an excellent job of explaining to me what he was looking at (previous signs of mold or mildew in the bathroom ) and how he was testing it to insure it was properly removed.
I would highly recommend AmiriSpec to anyone needing a home inspection.
