Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Liked the fact that my appointment was booked for March but we were able to get it done sooner due to a cancellation. My only complaint is that the appointment was booked for 11 am which was confirmed via email, but when the technician was a hour late- I called and was told my appointment was actually at 12 noon. This was not correct. If you need to change the time of an appointment, please let the client know.
