I like the comprehensive inspection with pictures provided. The summary is fantastic especially if I am on a time crunch deadline... Of course, I review the entire report but these little details make it so much easier to have a conversation with the client.

I think the inspectors are super knowledgeable as well as friendly and relatable. They are great explaining things to clients in a way that informs them but does not cause panic. The reports are very easy to understand and clearly explained both in the walk through with the inspectors as well as in the email report.
