Keith was awesome as usual. I always recommend Ameri spect to my clients because their customer service is always top tier, they deliver their reports in a timely manner and are always very informative. I have yet to have a bad experience with them.
The tech was on time and the visit went well. I’m still awaiting the paperwork but so far I am very satisfied.

Le rapport d'inspection très complet et détaillées avec photos à l'appuie ce qui m'a énormément guidé à faire le bon choix et éviter des ennuis coûteux ! J'ai reçu le rapport d'inspection promptement, en dedans de 24 hrs. Je recommande fortement AmeriSpec et je compte très bientôt utiliser leurs services pour ma prochaine inspection préachat de maison.

Detailed and torough
For the cost of the audit I would have expected more specifics around energy efficient recommendations based on the audit results.
If windows for example are recommended I would like to know what the audit shows relative to the windows and what changing the windows would result in.
Great at answering questions we had and served us in a quick timely manner explained the process and reported to us the problems in a timely manner. Jeff was very nice and helpful will use again i in the future if needed too
