I would like to say that the inspector and his report were professional, timely, insightful, and very detailed. I am very happy with the product and the service. The reason why I am not rating as high as I would like to rate is my dissatisfaction with a miscommunication that happened early on during the process. I was quoted one price and charged another price. When I mentioned this to the person, I spoke to Over the telephone, I feel my concerns were dismissed and brushed off.
