Make a check list of things to do, for example; after turning down the gas of the water heater, to turn it back to the setting it was.
Everything else was great, technician did a good job.

Brian was very nice and explained everything that I was able to understand.
Stephen was a great inspector, as a first time home buyer I had many questions and he was willing to answer them all. He also allowed me to follow him as he did the inspection and explained to me what to look for and pointed out things I had missed during my original walkthrough.
