The Inspector Mike Krause is amazing. He is extremely knowledgable so professional, and patient with the Buyers. He answers all of their questions which puts the Buyer at ease. He is the best!

Your representative was knowledgeable, polite and thorough. In addition to checking the functionality of everything in the condo, he took the time to show us things like where the main water shut off valve was. He explained the problems he found in an understandable way and was friendly as well. We were very impressed.

Shawn Thomas was very thorough and walked me through his process. He showed me how to turn on and off important valves and switches and components of the home and provided me with great advice.
