For $675 I could have turned on the appliances and stuck my head in the attic. The advice offered was boilerplate and not specifically related to this home. Way too expensive for way too little. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Firstly, courteous, thorough and professional inspector.
Secondly, punctual and was available for questions where necessary.
Thirdly, very patient and was willing and capable to answer questions days after the inspection was done.

I did not have an inspection. I had a repair to replace my tub faucet and garbage disposal. Matt was on time, friendly and answered my questions. He completed the repairs in an hour. I was please with his customer service and would welcome him for future service. Megan was also very professional and sympathetic as she worked with me to schedule the appointment and shared pics of the faucet with the technician You are saved in my contacts!
Larry Gibson, your inspecter, was terrific! He spent a lot of time with me at the inspected property. Answered all my questions. He was great! I would recommend AmeriSpec to anyone!!
Very organized and thorough
Shawn was incredible. Very professional, clearly experienced and knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions as we discussed many of the items around the house he noted in the inspection.
I can't say enough great things about Shawn Thomas on the Amerispec Team. My wife and I are buying our first home in Wilmington, which is 100 years old. I had major concerns and questions about the home and Shawn walked through the entire house with me to review every detail. He arrived at least 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment and was already getting started when I arrived (15 minutes early). I appreciated the transparency and thoroughness during our walk-through of the home. Shawn knows this stuff inside/out and gave us the peace of mind to proceed with our offer.
Aside from his expertise, he's a great guy. It was a quick two hours and I learned a ton about the home in the process.
