Ivo is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to my Buyer in a way that was easy to understand. No stone was left unturned, and I really appreciate the way he points out not just potential issues but also areas where the home was in great shape. The final inspection report is clear, well-organized, and includes photos, making it easy to follow.

The inspector Ivo was very thorough and he explained things as he conducted the inspection. The ease with booking an appointment. The report was well written and returned in a timely manner.
What a great experience! As an uninformed new home owner, trying to ensure my property was a good purchase, they took the time to breakdown everything for me. Looked at all the things a junior eye wouldn’t know about. Murray ensured I was informed, he gave a detailed report and spent time with me and answered all my questions and concerned. Professional and kind!

The inspector: “psh, it just doesn’t make any sense to me that you guys always want to follow me around and take notes when I’m going to write a big long report anyway.”
Didn’t exactly make me feel comfortable. I had hoped to gain some real time insights on my prospective home purchase and while he did provide some towards the end of the inspection it just was a rough way to begin and I did not feel comfortable then to accompany him along his way.
He was also really rough with the attic ladder which my realtor and I told him was compromised and couldn’t be closed and he forced it up quite roughly, bending it to the side and caused it to fully break at that point.
Trevor was very thorough and communicated clearly and w/o bias. His work provided me w/the necessary data w/which I then decided to not purchase the house.
