Although we a firm appointment, the company canceled on me after I had set
the time aside to be her for them. I can't work with a company I can't trust.

The estimate we received from Beltway was the highest of them all. We received bids as low as $1,000.00 and Beltway's bid was nearly $5,000.00.
Bob made the explanation of the work to be done very clear and the procedure of how it will be done.

The salesperson was prompt and very clear in her communications. The quote was delivered quickly and was easy to understand. Even though we did not select Beltway Builders, we did appreciate the competitive and comprehensive quote. We will contact you again when we have another home improvement project.

Great information. They readily understood what we were asking for and how to complete it.
Their honesty and providing me with options that were within my budget. I also felt knowledgable and comfortable as to the work that would be done (and needed to be done) to replace my windows after the representative left.
I still haven't gotten an estimate to remove the asbestos and it has been a full week since the visit.
Poor communication. I get quick service when money is being collected. After that, I have heard from noone. Too much uncertainty. I really thought my service was going to be great. But it seems my job is not on the high priority list. Very disappointed so far. I hope things improve, and my opinion changes.
I do like the design of the product, and am still considering it.

Too expensive
My project will begin on January 16th. I'll let you know afterwards, but so far the Project Manager DaVaughn has offered several options to fit my budget and I appreciate that.
The person did not measure anything. I told him the measurements.
Was supposed to send the estimate the same evening (July 2nd) or next morning. Nothing yet. Today is July 4th.

No one called me. I understand the covid and holiday rush, but a phone call would have been nice.
