Horrible!
I have called you guys for a quote for 3 different projects I have had... ranging from from small to mid size projects. And regardless of the scope of work minimum price is always $25k... to redo cabinets and counter for a small rental kitchen, nothing high end -$25K, to change my powder room to a 3 piece bathroom -$25K... it’s ridiculous

I still have not heard from your company for my estimate. The person came by on Saturday to look at what I needed done and took measurements and stated I would have an estimate via email by Monday. I waited and called the company on Wednesday trying to find out a status and the person who answer the phone stated she would need to call the person to let them know I am still waiting. I asked the person can I hold to find out when I can expect the estimate and she stated no and that she would let them know I am still waiting. As of this typing (Thursday at 12:30 am) I still do not have an estimate or received a call on the status. If this is an example of the promptness of the work that I will receive if I decide to hire your company it's very unprofessional. The person who done the estimate was late by arriving for my home (outside the timeframe) and I can't even get the written estimate when it was promise or a status why I haven't received it. I was told this company was part of the BBB , which is the reason I requested an estimate. Very disappointed with the professionalism.

Well yes, he showed up 2 hours early for our appointment. We weren't home at the time. So he helped himself to our deck, then sent us a quote for work we hadn't even asked for and his quote was 4 times higher than any other quote we received. Ha.ha.ha! Don't recommend them!

Everything was fine; I just decided to go with a different company.
Consultant was knowledgeable about different products and options providing me with a choice and competitive prices.
Email sent to the owner of the company about issues.
Scheduled consultation. Waited until end of arrival window before calling. Was told appointment was cancelled and asked if I canceled it. Was placed on hold while it was looked into and then told I would get a call back once they figured out what happened. Never got a call back.
Need specifics of the products to be used. Very detailed specs. Also, not having complete itemized estimate cannot provide me with accurate assesment

Cost came in higher than I thought but I am still getting one or two other estimates.
Your initial team member you sent gave me a quote and it was out of my budget. You offered to send a manager out to give me some cost saving options. It was the same team member thaqt came out with only one minor savings on the deck. He said it was a set a price and that was it. The second visit was a complete waste of time.
Yes, they never showed up
Everything the guy stop taking notes n called office 4 times...didnt take all measurements gave me a price and ask if I wanna sign .....like sign what for what size what lol ...the funniest thing I ever saw...I wouldnt even know what I'm getting for 37000 if I had signed a paper lol

Had a guy come out for an estimate. A really high ball park number was thrown out and when I asked for details on what exactly that entailed regarding materials and level of finish with the thought of self-performing some work, he said he would have to talk to his boss and get back to me. I've never heard back from anyone.

Really to early to say, waiting on my first estimate
The price. I didn't expect to feel as if I have to take out a second mortgage just for a small deck. For my grill and a small table and chair. $12,000 is astronomical. I will be paying for a deck for about 4 years. During that time I will no doubt be treating or updating this deck while still paying for it.
