one thing i did not like too much is the lack of willingness to bargain a bit
Affordability- I am not in the position to invest that amount of money for a fence in this particular neighborhood where values are dropping. However, the rep was fast to respond and early to arrival and very pleasant. This rating is simply based on price considering the context...neighborhood and income right now.

DaVaughn was professional and friendly. Not completely understanding the work needed for my 2 projects, I didn't know all the questions to ask. Maybe more dialogue or even choices for me to consider. For instance, I asked for a price to fix gutters, but I wish I had a replacement cost estimate, also, to compare with.
Very kind and explained what the company could do for my project. Would highly recommend.
