Price was unrealistic
I just started the process of finding an exterior painter.

I have already provided feedback verbally to the customer service representative. The salesman did not represent the company well. He did not understand the scope of my project. I have to keep correcting him. I do not feel he measured my property correctly. Also, it appeared that he had some health issues.

We absolutely loved the gentleman who came out to do the quote. He was very personable and knowledgeable, unfortunately we received a quote from another company for less than half the cost of your estimate. We appreciate you guys coming out.
The project manager quoted me on the spot then once I was sent the quote there were no detail information as far as actual cost of anything.

Well so far your customers service
They did not come at the appointed time then sent me an estimate that was way over priced with very little detail to it.
Price lower
After being told the price for a new driveway would be $14,400, I told the gentleman that we obviously weren’t communicating. I told him I merely wanted my driveway resurfaced and properly graded raising the sunken areas adjacent to the garage. He acknowledged that he thought I wanted a new driveway, but would get with his paving contractor and email the cost specifically Including all work including cleanup activities. I was provided the original $14,400 which showed he wasn’t listening.
I have not received the quote. Bob sent it to me while at my house yesterday. I texted him today that I did not receive it and please resend. I have not gotten it yet.
Communication with consumer is not good

Nothing. The person that came by to provide an estimate was very nice and accommodating.
It was a great consultation with Bill. My only concern is pricing. Outside of that speaking with Bill you seem to be a very reputable company and I'm sure I will use your business in the future.
We're hopeful that everything will go as planned without a hitch.

Very professional and friendly
The estimate I received is 14K higher than my lowest and 13K higher than the second. Not sure if it was done correctly and when I asked for the square footage of the siding it was not able to be provided.
