Nothing. The person that came by to provide an estimate was very nice and accommodating.
It was a great consultation with Bill. My only concern is pricing. Outside of that speaking with Bill you seem to be a very reputable company and I'm sure I will use your business in the future.

Very professional and friendly
The estimate I received is 14K higher than my lowest and 13K higher than the second. Not sure if it was done correctly and when I asked for the square footage of the siding it was not able to be provided.

Your advertising is deceptive.
The estimators were timely and very polite. Although the 1st estimate was a little pricey, when they called back to discuss a least expensive option, I was pleased.

The sales person was very professional, caring and knowledgable. The pricing is not in our budget at this time, even in financing the project at this time with the current situation.
