Estimate visit was rushed and I never received the quote.
Communication by sales rep was very poor
I had an appointment on June 11 at 530 and nobody showed up. I waited till 630 aned still on show and at 730 nobody showed. I was very disappointed no call or anything. I confomed the a appointment No one called or anything. there computer is as reliabale as there phone

Jeff came for an estimate but didn't stay even 10 minutes. He didn't seem interested in our business for no specific reason, and it seemed like he intentionally overbid the job to get rid of us. Very disappointing.
The sales guy was kind of condescending and tried to sell via bullying vs explaining why something might be better.

Robert was very professional and pleasant to work with. He was able to answer our questions and give us an estimate all in one day.

The cost estimates provided by the sales rep were astronomical; 3.5x my budget. I was stunned that it cost that much. I cannot proceed with purchasing your products solely because of the cost. Sorry.

I was scheduled for an assessment and the assessor did not show up for the appointment. I was not informed that the assessor would not be able to make it.

The estimate was high and there was no true desire to work my project
I had a friend who has been in construction industry for many years come out to check the windows. He found the double-hungs on both side of my picture window were off-balance and believed to be cause of the drafts. I do not need to replace those at this time but will definitely call on you again when that occurs. TY for your valuable time. First name removed
