Have not had the appointment
So far the services had consisted if a visit from tge field sales rep. We are currently waiting for the product quote. The rep did seem knowledgeable.

I got 6 quotes for the work i was having done. 5 were between 2,000 and 3,000. You guys quoted me at 22,000 and never gave me a explanation when i asked why so high

Read the reviews on your company and was amazed at how bad the reviews of your company was. Ridiculously high prices, employees who apparently had no liking for your customers......I don't need all that and that's why I cancelled my appointment with your company. If the reviews are true it seems like you have a lot of work to do on your own business before you try to do business with others. I hope the reviews were not true, but since I don't know if they are or not, I prefer not to do business with a company that I don't feel safe with.

The salesman was great and helpful but the estimate was $20000 higher than the next highest bid. Price was very expensive even with the discount
Your representative (Chris Thomas) was punctual. He presented himself in an extremely professional manner. Prior to the presentation, he provided a brief history about the company. Although many companies have employees speak highly about their services and quality performance, it often appears as an oversell. During Mr. Thomas' presentation, he appeared sincere and comfortable while promoting the company and the quality of personnel that he works with. He was very informative in a manner that any layperson could easily understand the process for the project. We also discussed the prospects of future projects and he assured me that the company is very capable of handling them. Although I had two other estimates scheduled, I was so confident that I would receive a high quality product, I signed the contract and canceled the other two estimate appointments. I am waiting with great anticipation to see how well the first phase of the project is completed.
No one called me. I understand the covid and holiday rush, but a phone call would have been nice.

The gentleman who came to give estimate was on time,listened to our requirements & gave a detailed estimate on site.
