Well in comparison to the 4 quotes I received Beltway’s quote was outrageously high ( more than doubled than the other quotes).

We are getting estimates from multiple companies for my father's roof project. Once we get all estimates, my father will be making the final decision. I'm not sure how long it will take due to the fact that he is elderly (almost 90 yrs old) and he lives out of state and cannot travel.
The price is higher than other contractors.

The gentleman called when he arrived but never got out of his car. He must have done his estimate from his vehicle and then called to let me know the price. The quote was way above any other estimate I had received. We will not be using your services.Thank you

I was impressed by the thoroughness of the project manager, Mr. Baker. He answered all my questions regarding the repair and possible replacement of my roof and gutter. The estimate provided was adequate but I would have loved to get an estimate that also included the repairs to my ceiling.
