No one ever showed up to the appointment.
Inspection was not thorough and no options were given as other contractors we chose for inspection/estimate. Only option given was to replace concrete porch.

With prices of materials so high right now, I choose not to move forward with a deck replacement at this time.
I noticed the estimate said the following:
“ Notes:
*Any fascia metal needed will be billed in addition at $10 LF
*Any drip edge needed will be billed in addition at $12.50 LF”
The fascia board that needs to be replaced is approximately 45’, this would bring the final cost close to $2000, this is far more than I want to spend for this job.
I think Duane did a good job. I may come back to Allied. However, a competitor was more thorough in what his company could provide. The competitor gave insights on creating the patio that I envision. I felt that the competitor understood what I am looking for a bit better.

Someone came out and said they would get back to me, but I did not receive an estimate from them and no follow up.

500.00 over my budget. Representative was very professional..Arrived on time. Potential contract was easy for me to understand and include list of materials. Have 2 other estimates to consider which are within my budget. However, if there is room to move the numbers closer to my budget, I would like to hire your company. Thank you for your estimate.
I checked my email and my junk mail and don't see a quote for the work I requested.
Received a quote for the work that needed to be completed and it was the most expensive. I have decided to use another company. Thank you for your understanding.
Your prices were astronomical. I’m able to get pavers for almost 1/2 the cost of your stamped concrete and about the same price and your brushed concrete.
Never received a quote or it may have been lost in email
I mailed a check last week but it has not cleared and I have not received confirmation that it has been received.
First the guy was very knowledgeable and noticed the promblem right away. The price was a bit to high for me. Wish we could negotiate on the price. Thank you very much 😊
Greatly appreciated the estimate for painting approx 800 sq ft of exterior wall on my hone (of $5600k - $6600k depending on when a contract is signed to do the work).
Due to the cost, I decided to obtain three additional estimates. And, Beltway Builders estimate was 5 to 6 times more than the three other estimates received. (all were in the same range).
I was dismayed with the astronomical difference, so, therefore, I have decided not to pursue a contract.

I had an appointment to get an estimate on 9/18/20. I was told that I would receive the quote by email later that evening. I still haven't received the quote even after contacting the lady that came out to my home for the estimate.
Price estimate.
First when your salesperson came and saw that I had aluminum side he said "we don't paint aluminum siding." When I spoke to the receptionist that call, I told her what I needed done. Your salesman was no longer interested after i said what i wanted done.
The price was very high
The estimator had a travel time between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM and still couldn't get to my location on time. I can only imagine if the estimator couldn't get here on time that gives me an indication as to how effective a crew of workers would be.
In my opinion: "If you want jobs and you want to work, someone needs to put forth an effort to show some responsibility".
Your representative came out and surveyed the repair and I've never heard anything else back from them
