Just too expensive
How about I discuss my likes or dislikes when I have actually had the planned services. This survey stuff needs to back-up some.
The visit by your contractor on October 3rd, 2020, Saturday morning was a complete disaster! First of all the contractor arrived at 10:30 a.m. instead of between 11:30-1:00pm. The contractor knocked on the door and insisted that we come out to have a face to face discussion. I specifically indicated to your office that I did not want to have a face to face with the contractor due to the pandemic, which your company agreed to. I also provided pictures in my email to your company to avoid face to face contact. When the contractor insisted I come out, I told him to give me 5 minutes to get my mask and I would be out. Prior to him ringing the doorbell the contractor left a rude voicemail on my cell phone indicating that he was aware of the no contact agreement but he still wanted me to come out anyway.
After, I went outside it went down hill from there! The contractor wanted to discuss why he wanted me to come out to have a face to face. Instead of having an unnecessary conversation I immediately wanted to discuss the work. Apparently, he did not like that. Instead of giving me an estimate he attempted to give me his business card!!! I was expecting an estimate!
When I told him to put his business card on the car instead of handing it to me directly because of the pandemic, the contractor that you sent to my home became very rude. He started yelling and cursing at me in my driveway as I walked into my garage. I then walked out of my garage and told him he was “messing with the wrong person”, he then started up his car and drove away.
How dare you send such a rude person to my home to insult me when your company had agreed to a no contact contractor who would provide me with an estimate. I never received an estimate but what I did receive was someone who disrespected me in the driveway of my own home.
I have security cameras around my home which captured all of the rude behavior from the contractor (Howard Bottiger) you sent to my home! This should be reported to his manager!
This is my first contact with Beltway Builders. I have no past experience to be able to comment.

Quote provided was too high considering other quotes received for the same project.

No one showed up for an estimate for my deck cleaning. They gave me a 4 hour window for a project manager to come. He did not show up or call. I received a call in the next afternoon from this company telling me the project manager quit and didn't tell anyone. This to me shows this company is not reliable; and employees who work there are not happy.
Online reviews shows this company does not rate good.
People were very nice to work with, but, I found a floor company whoi was much more reasonable price wise.
