Prices
Service was good. I received an estimate for a job, Duane was professional, explained what Allied Restoration would do and provided an estimate within 24 hours.
The sales person gave me a quote on a new door which I am not interested. He said he would check out what I needed, a weather seal and possibly a new channel he could not find a seal that fit into the current channel.
The estimator did a fine and thourgh estimate but I have decided to arrange for the power washing separately myself and stain the deck myself because the cost for Allied to do it is just way too much for me to afford at this time.

Estimate shows that approximately 66’ of fascia board needs to be replaced. This is incorrect the left side of the house is only approximately 45’. The estimate is to high and should not take two days to complete a job like this according to other estimates I received.
I did not receive follow up information from the project manager as promised.
Someone came out to my home on September 15th to do a quote. He talked alot about Allied helping to get more money from my insurance company. I emailed him the estimate from my insurance company minutes after he left upon request and as of today I still haven't received an estimate from Allied

Well for starter you send me a survey asking about how satisfied I am with the company and I am still waiting for my estimate. After reviewing several of the reviews I see exactly what the customers or saying is absolutely true. Very unprofessional and dont care about the customers. The lady that came acted like she didn't have any knowledge of the job. Asking me questions I've already told them and saying she didn't think a part of the job could be done and that seemed strange to me. I haven't heard back from them with the estimate. Dont want to hear back from them now!!!!!! Stay aware from this company. I'm also go ik ng to contact Home advisor because they referred them and vouching for their creditably. Just horrible!!!!!!

Scheduled an estimate: was called to be “informed” the day before that my midweek estimate was to be performed Saturday. Rescheduled that for the following Wednesday: this was simply forgotten, and I had to call (again) to enquire.
