I never heard back after emailing that since my home warranty deductible was so high I could not afford $2500 to replace my door frame. I asked if it could be repaired instead but never got a response.

We had some difficulties due to COVID-19 but Matt was always available and responsive.
Yes. On my initial conversation with the Beltway Builder"s office, I confirmed a visit for Sept. 11th between 10 am - 11:30 Am. On or about August 27th, I received a call indicating the service person would be arriving that day. I reminded them of my appointment was for 9/11/20 at 10 am. On 9/11/20 I waited until 2 pm. and then took a nap.
At 2;41 pm I received a call that the person was near the airport, was running late, would be 30-45 minutes later, and that the company was backed up with work about 2-3 weeks.
At first I agreed to 30 minutes but then it became 45 minutes. I decided to rescheduled an appointment .
We never recieved an estimate. The salesman took our information and never emailed us our quote like he said. Im a man that takes people for their word. Will not work with this company.
