You really were not able to solve my problem. But your representative was extremely polite.
I was impressed by the thoroughness of the project manager, Mr. Baker. He answered all my questions regarding the repair and possible replacement of my roof and gutter. The estimate provided was adequate but I would have loved to get an estimate that also included the repairs to my ceiling.

Verifying I received your quote or recommendation. I can not locate a quote or recommendation following my request for estimate. After contacting my rep and the company reception, I learn something was sent but may have gone to my junk mail. When checking junk mail nothing is found.

Dave was very nice and worked with me to suggest solutions to the water coming into my basement. He postpone the work until I wS able to get the situation fixed. He returned and assess the damage and continued the contract with any necessary

Had appointment for estimate yesterday. Guy called 10 minutes before appointment and rescheduled for today. Didn’t show up today. Didn’t seem interested in painting my laundry room.I have a small job. I didn’t call you. You called me. Not interested in using your company now or in the future.
Yes, the estimate came out to be more than I was willing to pay for the requested work.

There was no discussion about the details like gutters, downspouts, awnings, railings, color. Felt like I was pulling teeth to have a discussion about the project.
