Pricing.
Estimated value was too high
Yes. I could get my whole townhouse power washed for the amount of money your estimate was for my very small patio and steps. $400 + is over kill. Scale back.
I’m still in process of getting other quotes. Also concerned about cold weather installation,, do to contraction with cold temps.

I had 1 bedroom door that needed to be fixed so that it would latch. It was a five minute job
& they wanted $350.00

The representative came out - he was prompt and professional - to quote the job but the cost was too high for the work that needed to be done.
They never showed up.

The quality of the doors and windows being offered was very appealing. The sales representatives were also very helpful with explaining features and details of the windows.
Provider showed up outside scheduled window without notice.
Attempted to push new gutters for the whole home because ours were not "right" - ours were "improperly" sized yet with with all the gutter service we've had over the years and when the home was built and passed inspection this was never mentioned recommended. This was told as a "fact" and you were here to save me... I was spoken to as if there was some type of code violation... the price for cleaning was 2 - 3 times that of other bids with on explanation as to what "extra" you were offering.
Honestly, the whole felt like I was at a car dealership in the 1980's/1990's and I was being sold a car that recently had the odometer turned back... no thanks
Finding out that there is a 6 month wait for entry doors. It would have been nice to be warned of that fact when we were in the showroom before setting up an in home estimate and spending almost 2 hours with your associate in our home. To be honest we never would have made the appt.
Easy to work with and a company that we can trust to do the work right.
Your representative was helpful and knowledgeable but your prices are too high.

It's taking me awhile to read everything. I would also like to make changes to the inside of the door to a stain to match frame. Pictures of the Georgian lockset. Is it possible to see the tinted storm door glass and is that charge included. I don't see pictures of the windows or what the grouping looks like together. Thank You Donna
Waiting for a quote now for a while.....
Very professional and on time
Yes I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for an estimate for a forward entry door quote. The sales rep came to my house and I still don’t have an estimate. Not sure if he very knowledgeable about the products and services. I’ve been patiently waiting. I shared with him the venders name and style. I wasn’t sure about the stain color, but other than that not sure what the delay is.

I was pressured into making an immediate appt. via a cold call, Once I was able to do some research on the company, I called an hour in advance to cancel the appt. (online ratings were terrible - less than 2 stars - and there were many complaints on file with the Better Business Bureau). Despite canceling, the estimator showed up anyway and didn't call to say he was on the way, as I was told on the phone he would do. He hadn't gotten the message from the receptionist/booker.
