Very professional
Instead of doing the whole roof, it was only a small place on the roof that needed to be repaired or replaced.
The person did not go onto the roof to inspect it to see if it needed to be replaced. Just took measurements from the ground and sent me a quote.
Plus he rushed off to his next appointment so I did not see the estimate until after.

I love the quality of the products they sell. I very pleased with how particular Woodland is when they install a window or door. They measure repeatedly and they make sure that the product is air tight! I have a window that is 30 years old and is just as good as the day it was installed. I have recommended Woodland many times to friends and family!

I would never recommend beltway builders
I waited in my home from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. My appointment was for 1:00-2:30 pm. I called twice to determine if anyone was coming and left a message on the message machine. At 4:00 I got a call explaining that the employee had my appointment time wrong. He asked if he could come then. I was glad someone finally called so I could leave my condo and run crucial errands. I never wish to waste 3 hours of my time for a 15 minute estimate of cost to stretch my carpet. Time is money, so I expect no further contact from your company.

We found your pricing to be very expensive as compared to other window and door companies. The same windows were quoted by another company and the price came in roughly $7,000 lower.
Secondly, your representative, Ryan Velky, simply did not seem very interested in working with us on a revised quote. We asked what options there might be - lower-priced windows, perhaps, or other approaches - and he offered nothing other than removing the painting.
Our impression is that you only want to work with builders and "big ticket" homeowners and you are not interested in our business. So, we lost interest in doing business with you.
