The Service the good customer service about what's going on with my product
The estimate I received for replacement windows was wildly excessive.
Waited hours for you not to show up and we’re told when I called that I had cancelled the appt. I confirmed in a text and never called to cancel. Was told by your customer service that you did not do the type of work I requested. A simple phone cal from you would have been appreciated and professional. Very disappointed customer. Service tech is very good hard work.
Your person did not arrive. If running late or some other problem, a phone call would not only be appropriate and professional but might mitigate the problem

Your sales person was very professional, but I thought the costs were too high for the job being done. I understand you have layers of people to pay, but it was still high. I got the work done for a lot less. Thanks for coming by and providing a quote for the job. Appreciate that.

The sales person was great and your product. Just can’t afford a 10,000 project for the door when there are other areas of the house that needs attention. We are not replacing the door. Only the screen. Thank you for your unparalleled service!
