Prices too high compared to other contractors.
Too expensive.
I have been impressed with Tony and his team and that is why I called for a roof estimate for a leak but the person who came would not get on the roof unless I paid $12oo.50 so I gave my business to another company as did my sister who had the same experience with Beltway, however the other projects were fine.
Well, the woodland person that suppose to come and see the work, gave us a very high price over the phone which lead us to cancel his visit.
I was impressed y your employee who came to assess my concerns. Honest and engaging. Thank you.
High quality but very expensive. And timing is not the best for me. I'm still considering.

No one showed up to do the eatimate
Ryan was great. He really listened to what we were looking for and offered different options to consider. The prices were realistic, not inflated. I will pass that on to my friends and neighbors. We won't bother with other quotes anymore. They just waste your time with long sales pitches to soften the blow of shocking you in the end. You already offer proven, good quality windows, so you don't have to do that. It was just a simple and pleasant process. Thank you!

The first order a window was ordered incorrectly and the plastic pieces on one of the casement windows are cracked and need to be replaced. The person who installed the window said nothing. I found the cracked pieces
Kyle does a good job connecting with us
We weren't given the original advertised discount initially, then were given a smaller discount, but that was never discussed initially either. Never got a breakdown of individual windows, just a lump sum which was astronomical. Will try and get a better breakdown and answer of which type of windows I was quoted, not just a number that I am stuck looking up and having to do my own research.
Over priced!
I was told you had the sliding glass door I wanted - I had you come out to the house - to only be told you can't provide me with a sliding glass door with blinds - very disappointed
The sales manager First name removed was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Just like First name removed said I had the estimate within a short period of time.
I also received 2 other estimates for the exact same product from two other private contractors who are Anderson certified installers. One contractor was $5,000 less and the other was $6000 less.
Comparing apples to apples I’ve decided to go with one of those contractors.

I had reached out a few times to try and get some more answers to some questions via both email and a phone call to a couple of people but never received any response. I liked what I heard originally, so I would still be willing to continue looking at windows, so I'm hoping it was just a misunderstanding as to why someone didn't respond.

No. Ryan was wonderful ! We talked and he was very honest regarding my windows. At the moment, I don’t think I’m in need of new windows but when I am, you will have my business. I appreciate the quality of windows you offer and an honest company—very rare these days.
