Salesman never got back with me took all my info but never got back with me
somebody came out to look at replacing 2 glass sliding doors, and i never heard back from them. I even did a follow up email with your company and never heard back...
Patience as our Board of Directors addresses the information. Robert in sales did an excellent job providing information on windows and costs.
I am still awaiting the estimate from Glen. I assumed that I would have it by now. He said that he would email it to me. Other than that, everything else was good.
The agent was patient and polite. He explained everything in detail, and listened to me regarding what I wanted and the best way to fit those into pricing.

I was very surprised that before anyone got on my roof I would have to pay $1250.00!!
I asked the office if there was a fee and she said there was a free estimate. I could have saved the tech a trip if she told me the truth. I am very disappointed in Beltway! I had 2 other roofing companies that gave me a free estimate and I went with one of them!!!
Beltway builders worked on installing guard rails and stone slate on my front and rear exit steps in Aug of 2017. Quality of their poor workmanship started showing within 5 years. Motar used with stone slate started crumbling and slates separated from step base on both front and rear steps. We decided to call Beltway builders and a different sales rep showed up. Bill M, the rep who worked with us initially was no longer with the company. Tony E , new sales rep was unaware that. beltway builders were The contractors who performed initial installation. He was quick to point out use of inadequate cement/motar was the reason why slate were dis lodging. When I than reminded him that Beltway Builders performed initial installation, his demeanor changed and promised to get back to me with "solution".I tried to connect with the owner of Beltway Builders via Phone several times with no success, finally receiving what can best be described as carefully worded "take no responsibility" email, saying rep Tony E will work with me on " my Project". After several phone calls to Tony E, received a "project quote" of $2300. I initially paid $4450 for installation of slate and railings for my steps.
Beltway builders WHO DID INITIAL INSTALLATION were asking us to pay them additional $2300 to remedy their poor/shoddy installation.
I have little faith in Beltway builders. They appear to be "middle man", sub contracting to others in doing actual work. The owner did not return my repeated phone calls even though Brendy, account/service manager promised he would. Someone sent me a "canned email" that did not mention/address my specifics. Though I'm hoping that Beltway Builders will do right by me, it's only a hope right now.
Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM BELTWAY BUILDERS

We like that our in store visit was very informative, so was our 2 appointments with Joshua discussing our choices for windows and doors.
It took forever to get my original estimate. The estimate came in a lump some, not itemized for each item. I asked for an itemized estimate a week ago and still have not received it. This is not a good start and I wouldn’t want to hire someone based on the untimeliness of an estimate.
Pricing is extremely high/ devoid of all logic

Glen called well after the scheduled appointment time saying he was running late and wouldn't get to my house for at least another 45 minutes. I had to go out by that time. He said he would still come while I wasn't home. That was fine with me because he was looking at the roof outside anyway. I told him the dining room double window is where I had the leak. When I got home, there was a voice mail message from him asking me which window it was. I didn’t call him back because it was well after 5pm and I figured he was gone for the day. I never heard from him again. No call. No email. No estimate for a repair. Nothing.
