When I contacted my salesperson to request information about how to order the window he did not respond. It’s been a week and I’m still waiting.
The estimator wasn't friendly, didn't measure anything and seemed to care less about what I was saying. And the price quoted is ridiculous.
We were never quite happy with the caulking job we received on our last install. And after finding a company that can install the J-channels (at a little extra cost), we decided that was the way to go. We did like our rep (Ryan) who did a great job.

Very high price and turn around time. Placed and order for another type of Proviia door from another contractor on 6/3. The door is arriving 6/25. The quote I asked from your company was a little more than double from the contractor I ordered from. On a positive note your salesperson and showroom staff were professional. You have a nice showroom too.

Appointment time for estimate was missed by just shy of 1 hour. Bad start, knowlegable guy but then I never got the estimate for which he came.
Next day promise, 2 days ago & never received.
Not giving a 0 score but a negative 2 is more what I would score this. Not use the company or the referral services….

Everyone is super friendly, helpful and responsive.
Glen called well after the scheduled appointment time saying he was running late and wouldn't get to my house for at least another 45 minutes. I had to go out by that time. He said he would still come while I wasn't home. That was fine with me because he was looking at the roof outside anyway. I told him the dining room double window is where I had the leak. When I got home, there was a voice mail message from him asking me which window it was. I didn’t call him back because it was well after 5pm and I figured he was gone for the day. I never heard from him again. No call. No email. No estimate for a repair. Nothing.
