I’m actually still really trying to work with you but I can’t get an estimate back from the project manager. He sent me an initial one that only covered about a third of what we talked about and then I had to call him again and email him multiple times to get it updated over the past couple weeks and still have not gotten anything back from him. Maybe there is someone else I can work with?

The pricing of your product was so much higher than the other companies I received quotes from. I would have considered all 3 companies as similar but your pricing was significantly higher.

The work hasn’t been done yet, so I have to wait and see. Aaron was great when he came out to look at the damage. I believe he was forthright and honest with us.

Your staff greeted me on arrival. Took measurements then immediately was on his computer and quoted a price.No demonstration. I was not informed nor shown any of your products. I asked the questions, eg.what is the Warranty?When I asked why only 1 yr, he asked me what did I want. He did show me a picture of a walk in shower.

I have your flyer and was shocked with the quote for bathroom remodel or I am interested in a walk in shower.

Your rep arrived on time, was courteous and seems knowledgeable about kitchen cabinets.
He was not able to assist or repair my cabinet.

I was supposed to get a free estimate to finish some small things on my deck. But when the estimator came he did not want to give me one until some one else came over And would charge me $350 dollars..He did not want to listen to me what i need done. and did not look at the whole job He stated he needed some one else too come out. And when i told he he was the estimator he gave me a Ridiculous price.. And when i have told him i have gotten other estimates that was way under his. He walk away. Why do you have a estimator if he can't give me one ?.Or is this a scam. He gave me a price of over $4000 dollars and the others where under $1200.

I was not impressed with your services and the rep could hardly walk or able to perform at a professional level. I will not be needing your services.

It's been almost 2 weeks and i have yet to receive an estimate on the cost to build the requested addition.

Never showed up and never called.

I talked with other people who had a great experience with Woodland Windows. Jeff, who came by to take a look at our project, was in and out quickly, but he did answer our questions, and we know that we can visit the showroom, which we intend to do, to look at the exact windows and doors he is suggesting for our project.

Based on price only your estimate was over twice of the other companies, so I would have to say I’d not suggest your company

Price of the job

I was promised an estimate an hour after the evaluation. I still have none, days later. I have no explanation.

First name removed was professional and polite, took his time to explain what your company offered and address our needs. Unfortunately, There are two company that have bids in the $7000 to $8000 range. We would however recommend your company or consider you in the future.
