The issue was already resolved
The pricing seemed very high. I replaced all of the windows in my house for the same amount of money that it would have cost me for the kitchen. I also didn't understand why the small doors cost the same as the larger doors.

I asked for an estimate for a repair job. I got a price for a outrageously priced partial remodel project. The estimator made several erroneous assumptions about the job and persisted in using those as a rational for justifying work the did not need to be done and was not requested, to make a small job most costly. I view your company as dishonest and predatory. My short encounter was far too long.
I haven’t seen the products yet but the knowledge of your staff and their ability to explain services and also to listen to my input are important characteristics I want in a company.

Extremely high estimate
The person that came to give an estimate refused to talk to us when we said we were going through insurance unless we signed a contract. We will not blindly sign a contract without a company first telling us what they would do to fix the issue, even if they can't give us a price estimate. They also seemed unimpressed that we were asking them to fix the inside sheetrock and not also using them to do the roof. This was a waste of time for both us and you as a company. The person I had scheduled with understood we were going through insurance and said you did small jobs as well as big ones when I mentioned exactly what we were looking for. At the very least, I would expect better communication between those that give estimates and evaluate damage and the office staff that schedule appointments. We have chosen another company.
The products offered were out of our price range.

In order to get the estimate, I was told someone more familiar with the type of work that was required would need to come out to conduct an investigation for a fee of $550. The fee would be applied to the work (if I chose to proceed).
I don't have an issue paying a fee for the investigation. But considering the fairly limited scope of the work, $550 is unreasonable.
The person was professional and nice. Your services are too expensive for my budget.
Your salesman was very good. He did his job and then explained the system to me and didn't
waste a lot of time. Gave me the bid for new gutters and left me to decide who I would employ
to do my house.
