The only service I receive was an estimate. He can early, called before arriving, an was also very helpful about the job. But the price is just too deep.

You all sent me an invoice for $1250 to power wash the front and back side of a town house and a deck that’s on 1950 sq ft. That’s ridiculous and extremely conflated.

I know you sell other doors that should be more in the budget I have established for this door. I subsequently have gone with another company who was willing g to d we irk with me on my temper tru door. I would have hoped to get a response but it never happened
Price I think the work is little steep I would like to see what the whole house would cost.. and I am also a vet that you say you honor. I didn’t read anywhere that a customer could not receive both with the special for the month. But that’s just my opinion.

Your prices are ridiculous and you over charge customers. Yet I have used you 2 out of 3 times that I made contact with your company however, I probably will not use this company again. I don't like the way you do business.
You seem to have too much business: the quotation given by the estimator you sent to my home was ridiculously high.
I was very impressed with Mr. Bottiger. He was friendly and very professional. I liked how he came in and diagnosed the solution to my sun porch. When I told him I was not able to commit to signing a contract at that time, he did not press the matter. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to my friends and neighbors.

I believe better communication on day of appts. would be beneficial just to let the client know the specialist is on the way. Lastly, possible benefit to onsite estimate aligning closely with actual expected cost.

Great product but toooooooo expensive.
Our sales rep said he would come out to our house the day after our virtual meeting to measure and possibly see if one of the other window companies could do a custom patio door for us and we still have yet to even hear from him. There has been no follow up at all and we were never contacted saying he was coming out to measure.
We were told we would receive an estimate by the end of day Wednesday, it is Sunday and we are still waiting. Not impressed with timeliness of service.

The contractor never showed up for the meeting that was scheduled for him to assess the work needed and provide an estimate. Since he did not show up or contact us to state that he was not coming we pursued another company to complete the work.
