The quality of the cleaning is ok, but not great. It doesn't appear that the staff cleaning don't have extremely high standards. The supervisers have higher standards, but the staff don't seem to. Cleaning done is the bare mininum. It is Ok, not great.
Rose does a nice job. She tries really hard to please and goes above and beyond.
There were issues with Kevin at the end of his tenure. Since then things have improved again.

No disappointment. Management has been outstanding. I would prefer attention to the details. Corners in the bathroom. Drips on the walls or the stalls. The lobby windows and rugs. Maybe you don't do walls (??) I need to check my list. Also - I need to schedule a very good carpet cleaning upstairs and in the conference room downstairs for mid April. Is that doable?

We love our new worker Angie - but for a while it was incredibly inconsistent and the constant change really unnerves some of our tenants.
Christopher is very consistent and pleasant. I think the service is a great value.
Service master first and foremost is professional in every way. From the time a request is made throughout the completion process. They were there to handle any task with the right solution. There is know job to big or small. I feel more comfortable when they are on the job. They have a great hierarchy and leaders who are very eager to please and all employees are trained in a professionalism not always guaranteed in today's job force. I am very satisfied with the services I have received. Thank you Service master!

My primary concern is that there seems to be a lot of turnover with cleaning staff. I realize it's a difficult field to hire and there's lots of competition. But I would prefer that we have the same people cleaning our locations for as long as possible so that we are familiar with them and they are familiar with our buildings.
Thank you for taking the time to rate us and provide feedback, Donna. I also wish there would be less turnover because of the reasons you shared. The employee can then get to know the building and its culture extremely well. This kind of a scenario quite often is a success. We mitigate high turnover through our management team. They are usually employed with us for many years and help keep the consistency in our company and with our customers.
We are always working overall to decrease our turnover. In the janitorial industry nationally there is a range of 75 to 400% annualized turnover. We tend to remain right around 180 to 200% annualized turnover. We are proud not to be on the high end of that national range however we are always working toward 75% annualized turnover. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a janitorial company at 75% to investigate and learn from them. I know those in a high unemployment labor market (think 4-6%) do better than those of us at 2.9%. However I have not found a company at 75% even in a high unemployment labor market. In the past, when Lincoln had a higher unemployment rate than we do now the lowest we realized annualized turnover of 150%. Of course, we would love to see that again.
