make sure the restrooms are swept first before cleaned with a mop
I don't have to worry about employee turnover.
We are constantly calling in and complaining and reminding of missed areas. I hate to complain, but it seems as if we have to do it pretty regular. :(
We have made several trips and calls to rectify the concerns that have been brought to our attention over the past 3 months.
Our staff person has a new backpack vacuum to reach difficult places and that seems to be helping also.
A little more detail when running the sweeper, like moving the chairs, waste baskets and etc.
Also still the bathrooms are not always very clean

What do we like about their cleaning service? Everything! John and his team are friendly, attentive to detail, and they do a GREAT job!
Issues don't come up often but if something does arise, it is corrected right away. The owner is on site at least once a week checking on the building to make sure everything is being taken care of.
We have Had Servicemaster for over a year now and the service has finally gotten better in the last two months. Still room for improvement.

Over the years communication hasn't been the best, but in the last 6 months or so that has much improved! This is probably due to the fact that on our end, one person (myself) is doing the communication now. If we see a problem, I let you know, and it's fixed the next day. That is fantastic!
dusting of cobwebs would be nice
Sometimes it doesn’t seem like the office has been vacuumed or the desks dusted. Not sure if that’s included in our package but I would’ve expected it to be.

Boxes are left in hallway at least once a week. There has been trash left in wastebaskets and in waiting rooms. Bathrooms frequently appear uncleaned. Employee bathrooms and kitchen frequently have no paper towels. We have complained numerous times but nothing changes.
Hard working people trying to accomplish a lot with a little. In today's employee market it is often difficult to find someone who wants to work. So kudos to the ones who endure and continue on to do the best job possible!
I have used Service Master with my last 2 jobs. They have had very friendly and competent employees. they always meet our cleaning needs
The young lady (Jasmine) who cleans our facility does an absolute fantastic job. We always ready for business. She is just like family, yet professional in all that she does. We are a ten-year-plus satisfied customer.

Quality, reliable and friendly service.
We have Mike Didier on a monthly general cleaning service at our Catholic church. Vaccuming, dusting, some glass cleaning, 3 washroom cleaning, mopping of church hall downstairs. We are very satisfied with the level of cleaning services that he performs once a month, and will continue to use his services.
Services are on a schedule and after hours.

YOUR CLEANING LADY SAID SHE WAS NOT CONTRACTED TO CLEAN OUR PORCHES, BUT I BELIEVE YOU WERE. YOUR PRIOR CLEANER ALWAYS DID, BUT NOT UNTIL AFTER WE COMPLAINED. OTHERWISE, WE ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRESENT CLEANER.

We ended our service contract several months ago. Cleaning was being done in a rush, not throughly. Cleaning lady was on the phone entire time she cleaned...and not hands free.
Brought children with her while she cleaned. No attention from Mr Bob Daniels for a decade until we notifed we were cancelling service.
