Cleaning services are prompt and timely. The company always asks us how they are doing and how they can improve.
I love Service master because the way they own any cleaning issue I have here at the bank. They go above and beyond the call of duty and we are very appreciative of all they do for us. This kind of service allows us to totally forget about the cleaning and concentrate on our customers.

More attention to detail. Regularly find places that need dusting, should not be our responsibility to find it and ask for it to be cleaned.
Please make sure three is daily sweeping and always looks in corners because cobwebs like to come fast

The cleaning staff has not been consistent and the employees have reported at different times or not at all. Would prefer to have the same staff and work schedule so that there is consistency in cleaning.

Multiple cleaning service issues that continually have to be monitored - each time with a periodic improvement and then fall below expectations again. Currently dealing with cleaning crew losing office key and a potential rekeying of front and back door. Enjoy the relationship with the ServiceMaster management team but services need improvement.
The Terrell ServiceMaster team is excellent and a huge part of our business! We know that after each event held at our facility, the team will come in and clean things to a high standard. If we need anything extra done or something a little different, the crew never complains and always does what we need. Highly recommend! ---Hawks Point Events

We have had a good relationship with ServiceMaster. Their service is very good. The service personnel have responded to any adjustments to scheduling and keep our church clean.
Mary Jo Rueter does a FANTASTIC job and goes out of her way to see that things are running smoothly here at FBC. She reports all items of concern so they can be taken care of in a timely manner. She makes this company a 10 in my book!
