ServiceMaster is always accommodating especially when we inform them of a scheduling change due to a meeting. They are also great about taking care of any additionally requested items that are not on the usual list.
They do a wonderful job and if there ever is an issue they are quick and happy to fix it.

The quality of the cleaning is ok, but not great. It doesn't appear that the staff cleaning don't have extremely high standards. The supervisers have higher standards, but the staff don't seem to. Cleaning done is the bare mininum. It is Ok, not great.
Rose does a nice job. She tries really hard to please and goes above and beyond.
There were issues with Kevin at the end of his tenure. Since then things have improved again.
