No disappointment. Management has been outstanding. I would prefer attention to the details. Corners in the bathroom. Drips on the walls or the stalls. The lobby windows and rugs. Maybe you don't do walls (??) I need to check my list. Also - I need to schedule a very good carpet cleaning upstairs and in the conference room downstairs for mid April. Is that doable?

I take care of my business and you take care of the cleaning business. I have very few complaints and the customer satisfaction survey results are outstanding.

We love our new worker Angie - but for a while it was incredibly inconsistent and the constant change really unnerves some of our tenants.

Christopher is very consistent and pleasant. I think the service is a great value.

Service master first and foremost is professional in every way. From the time a request is made throughout the completion process. They were there to handle any task with the right solution. There is know job to big or small. I feel more comfortable when they are on the job. They have a great hierarchy and leaders who are very eager to please and all employees are trained in a professionalism not always guaranteed in today's job force. I am very satisfied with the services I have received. Thank you Service master!

My primary concern is that there seems to be a lot of turnover with cleaning staff. I realize it's a difficult field to hire and there's lots of competition. But I would prefer that we have the same people cleaning our locations for as long as possible so that we are familiar with them and they are familiar with our buildings.

Encourage your staff when they are dusting to pickup items and dust under and around them. Even though folders or bottles may be on the shelf or desk, pick up, dust under and around and place back the items moved. Otherwise, great service.

Correction and attention to cleaning details.

well, timing is everything. I just had to change toilet paper roll in bathroom and there was none in bathroom cupboard to get it from either. sometimes we run into same with papertowels. most of the time its pretty good though. attention to detail means a lot is all.

I don't have to handle the personnel issues.
Supervisors conduct random checks on work.

Personable employees, quick response time, cleaning services are always above and beyond.

it depends how you define clean. cloths need to be wet not dry, carpets need to be vacuumed thoroughly.

Need to do a deep clean one and awhile. We have dust collecting on the top shelves and on the power supplies under the desks, etc.

Ray and Laurie are great people. The do a great job.

Charlotte does a great job of checking on her staff's performance. Jill goes above and beyond on cleaning. We are very happy with the service we get.
